Cyber SDC - OT Architecture & Governance Issues/Defect - Senior Consultant

EY is looking for a highly skilled OT Architecture & Governance professional to lead defect and issue management, provide architectural oversight, and ensure compliance within operational technology environments.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to secure and improve OT systems through structured governance and defect management.
• Track, monitor, and report on defects, risks, and remediation progress; lead defect intake and triage.
• Review and validate OT system designs against enterprise architecture standards.
• Maintain and evolve governance frameworks, SOPs, and documentation.
• Facilitate weekly defect review meetings, support change review boards, and provide architectural guidance to site teams.
• Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses for proposed OT changes; keep governance frameworks current with emerging trends and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in OT environments (ICS, manufacturing, shopfloor, building management, etc.) with a strong focus on security, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Proficient in full lifecycle defect management, issue tracking, and change request workflows.
• Knowledge of security architecture (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, AI/ML, ZTA) and cybersecurity frameworks (NERC CIP, NIS, CIS, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISA/IEC 62443).
• Ability to build and manage SOPs, trackers, and reporting templates; experienced with Service Now or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership skills; able to communicate complex issues to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Collaboration mindset: work closely with OT architects, cybersecurity teams, engineering, and product owners to align on defect resolution and architecture decisions.

• Competitive base salary range: $77,500 to $140,900 (US) with higher rates for specific metro areas.
