Overview
We provide clients with a unique business perspective on leveraging SAP technology specifically within Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) to enhance operational efficiency. This role is part of EY’s SAP service line capabilities focused on supply chain, finance, analytics, and technology.

The Opportunity
We are looking for an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP DMC within the Core Supply Chain capability. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams, translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring they meet performance goals.

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions within the DMC framework.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Participate in client working sessions, leading work streams from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore team members, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to schedules.
• Exhibit strong functional expertise in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud, complemented by robust business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or work streams.
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Build and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.

• Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems.
• Proven ability to manage engagement economics and resource planning.
• Experience leading teams and managing change effectively.
• Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses.

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 4‑6 years of relevant experience within the SAP manufacturing business area.
• Minimum of 3 years with SAP ERP and/or S/4 HANA, particularly in Production Planning (PP) and Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
• Track record of leading teams to deliver project outcomes within critical deadlines.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream in the manufacturing space.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Insight into best practices, benchmarking, and previous advisory roles relevant to production, quality management, and technology functions.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel 40‑60% of the time.

• Consulting experience leading project teams.
• SAP Certifications in manufacturing or related modules.
• Experience with SAP DMC, QM, EHS, intercompany, PP/DS, MRP Live.
• Experience with Production Operator Dashboard (POD), Labor Board, and DMC analytics.
• Leading full‑cycle implementations for at least 3 years in the DMC space alongside S/4 HANA.
• Experience managing client relationships and expectations.

• A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranging from $142,600 to $261,500 across U.S. locations.
