You ll be instrumental in analyzing business models and processes to capture requirements that translate into technical specifications, ensuring that system architecture solutions align with business objectives.

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions
• Lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily
• Travel may be required based on client needs

• Strong foundation in managing processes and solutions with emphasis on quality and risk management
• Ability to conduct research and apply best practices to drive innovation
• Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or work streams, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, workflow, documentation, and SAP configurations/integrations
• Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels
• Strong decision-making, policy modification, and procedures establishment within scope of work
• Functional understanding of SDLC and technology business architecture frameworks

• Bachelor s degree
• 4 to 6 years of relevant SAP Controlling experience focusing on Product Costing, with exposure to Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order; in-depth knowledge of overhead cost accounting, integrated financial planning, margin analysis, universal allocations, and integration with MM, PP, FI; exposure to other FICO modules preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream; experience with hybrid onshore/offshore delivery desirable
• Deep knowledge of cost accounting, ability to deliver complex reporting requirements
• Knowledge of Product Costing leading practices and related tools, including Costing Variants, Material Ledger, and Parallel Ledgers
• Familiarity with security roles related to Management Accounting processes
• Proficiency with one or more SAP FICO, PP, or MM modules

• Prior consulting industry experience
• SAP Certification(s) such as P_S4
  
  FIN SAP Certified Professional – Financials in SAP S/4
  
  HANA for SAP ERP Finance Experts
• Experience with at least three full-cycle implementations
• Additional SAP Finance certifications and cross-functional leadership experience

• Comprehensive compensation and benefits package; base salary ranges: US locations $142,600–$261,500; NYC Metro/Washington State/California (excluding Sacramento) $171,200–$297,200; salaries determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography;
