We deliver exceptional client service by advising how technology, processes and analytics contribute to performance improvement, and how IT can act as a multiplier during major program transformations. This role focuses on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions within EY Advisory.

• Bachelor s degree
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• At least three years of consulting experience
• Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM, FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS, ARCS, One Stream, Tagetik)
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into value-added solutions with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Background in management reporting, long-range planning, strategic planning, capital planning, or implementation consulting
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs (travel expected up to ~80%)

• Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT (preferred)
• Ability to build and manage relationships
• Effective communication and trust-building capabilities with clients
