We deliver exceptional client service by advising how technology, processes and analytics contribute to performance improvement, and how IT can act as a multiplier during major program transformations. This role focuses on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions within EY Advisory.
Responsibilities- Translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Assessing the impact of technical decisions on business outcomes
- Contributing to project delivery and tracking status
- Engaging with clients and leading work streams as needed
- Supporting sales activities and maintaining engagement economics
- User feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths and address development areas
- Cultivating and managing business development opportunities and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems
- Quality review of deliverables for accuracy and relevance
- Ability to adapt to diverse situations, environments and perspectives

- Bachelor s degree
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- At least three years of consulting experience
- Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM, FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS, ARCS, One Stream, Tagetik)
- Proven ability to translate business challenges into value-added solutions with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Background in management reporting, long-range planning, strategic planning, capital planning, or implementation consulting
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to meet client needs (travel expected up to ~80%)
- Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT (preferred)
- Ability to build and manage relationships
- Effective communication and trust-building capabilities with clients
