General SummaryWe’re seeking a strategic and high-impact Executive Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, to join our internal recruiting team. You’ll partner with senior leadership to lead end-to-end recruitment of executive and mission-critical roles across the enterprise. Your expertise in executive search, talent assessment, and candidate experience will influence our leadership and company growth.
This role is based on-site at our Chattanooga, TN, Portland, ME, or Atlanta, GA campuses—vibrant hubs of collaboration and innovation. Building face-to-face relationships is key, providing access to senior executives and deeper insights into our business. Flexibility is supported, but in-person engagement is essential for success.
In this role, you will:- Lead executive and leadership searches from strategy to close, managing high-visibility requisitions across multiple units.
- Partner with senior leaders to develop tailored recruiting strategies aligned with strategic priorities.
- Act as a talent advisor, providing market insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies using tools like Linked In Recruiter and Workday.
- Ensure a personalized candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage relationships with retained search firms and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and expand pipelines of executive talent across industries.
- Understand and communicate executive compensation packages effectively.
- Promote inclusive hiring practices at every stage.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Compensation, and other teams to ensure alignment.
- 5–7 years of executive search or senior recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or retained search setting.
- Proven success in managing and closing senior-level roles, including AVP, VP, SVP+.
- Exceptional interpersonal, consultative, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced sourcing skills and ability to leverage market data.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
- High professionalism, discretion, emotional intelligence, and a passion for candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
