About The Role
Dynamic Group Management is seeking an experienced and driven Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership experience from a major hotel brand and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role requires flexibility, including working some evenings and weekends
, to support operational needs.
- Oversee daily hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, and guest services
- Ensure consistent delivery of brand standards and guest satisfaction goals
- Lead, train, and support department managers and team members
- Monitor budgets, labor costs, and operational efficiencies
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution
- Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership on performance metrics and improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies
- Schedule the Front Desk Department and adhere to labor guidelines for proper coverage
- Train front desk staff on brand and company standards to maximize service culture
- Assist with sales and implement the Daily Sell Strategy
- Maintain compliance with brand and company initiatives
- Inspect and ensure safety and security standards are upheld
- Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience with Marriott, Hilton, or IHG
- Proven experience in hotel operations, preferably select-service property
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and operational reporting tools
- GED or equivalent
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or related field
- Efficiency in Google Workspace Applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with potential and current clients
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience managing multiple departments or cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success in improving guest satisfaction and operational performance
