The Line Cook prepares high‑quality food items while maintaining consistency, safety, sanitation, and cost control standards to ensure an excellent guest experience.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and guests’ requests and dietary restrictions.
• Label, date, rotate, and store food products per SOP and food safety guidelines.
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Use proper portioning to control food costs and reduce waste.
• Check pans, complete prep work, and assist with line and buffet setup.
• Return unused food to proper storage, labeled and dated.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and follow Concord Hospitality policies.
