• Maintain a consistent supply of clean linens and towels for the hotel, restaurant, and banquet facilities.
• Organize, clean, and sanitize the laundry room.
• Separate items by class, fabric, and color.
• Operate commercial washer and dryer, wash and dry all linens using proper techniques.
• Fold, stack, and store linen items properly.
• Inspect linens for stains, discoloration, and tears; remove garments not up to standards.
• Keep accurate inventory records.
• Notify Executive Housekeeper if machinery is not working properly.
• Perform any additional duties as requested by management to improve operation and guest service.

• Strong knowledge of commercial laundry equipment and operations.
• Ability to adhere to SOPs and brand standards.
• Excellent communication skills in writing and verbally.
• Flexible schedule; available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in restrictive spaces.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
