At the Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics (CSMO), our C4 therapy locations are designed for movement, performance, and outcomes. We re seeking a motivated part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who will bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for helping people move better - all within a supportive and collaborative therapy team.

As a part-time PTA with C4, you ll support patient progress by delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment under the guidance of licensed Physical Therapists. You ll use advanced tools, functional spaces, and hands-on skills to help patients get back to doing what they love.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out treatment plans designed by supervising Physical Therapists
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, functional tasks, and sport‑specific progressions
- Utilize turf, compact court, and weight room areas to enhance rehab outcomes
- Communicate effectively with PTs, athletic trainers, and support staff
- Provide an encouraging and engaging patient experience
- Document accurately and efficiently
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- BLS (CPR) certification preferred
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
- A passion for serving athletes, active adults, and the outpatient orthopaedic population
- A growth‑minded, lifelong learner committed to evidence‑based practice and continuous improvement
