RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

• Work on a 12-bed medical-surgical unit (5 West)

• Patient ratios of 5-6:1

• Support from 1 Patient Care Technician (PCT)

• Use general medical-surgical equipment

• Document in Meditech system

• Required to work 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule

• Floating policy applies to facility medical-surgical units

• Must maintain 75% patient experience scores

• Required uniform:
Navy scrubs

• Must be team-oriented and compassionate

• Brand new unit to the hospital

• 3-4 positions available
