Full Time Positions Available! 2nd and 3rd Shift Available. Weekends

Required:

Weekend 1
- Both Saturday and Sunday, Weekend 2
- Friday and Saturday or Sunday and Monday. Orientation During First Shift Hours (8:30am-5:00pm). 🌟 Make a Difference Every Day

• Provide compassionate hands‑on support, such as helping with bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility needs—always with dignity and respect.
• Support daily living and independence skills.
• Coach, mentor, and advocate for individuals.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and positive home environment.
• Transport and accompany individuals to appointments, outings, and community events.
• Engage clients in fun and meaningful activities within the home and in the community.
• Keep accurate records of progress and activities.
• Work as part of a supportive and mission‑driven team.

• Compassion and reliability.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CPR (within 30 days of hire) & PCM certification (within 60 days)—training provided.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with mobility.
