Overview

If you are an individual who has received, or currently receives mental health and/or substance abuse services with a desire to help others, we have a unique opportunity for you.

This position will allow you to combine your personal experience in recovery with skills to promote hope in others as they work to improve their health and wellness, live self-directed lives, and strive to reach their full potential.

Qualifications

Applicant must meet the following criteria:

  • Be current or former recipient of mental health and/or substance abuse services and willing to self-disclose as such
  • Possess a current Tennessee State Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) certification or be eligible and willing to pursue with company provided training within 6 months of hire. To learn about accreditation visit: https://(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below)..html
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver’s license for the state listed on your home address, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance
  • Clean Criminal history
  • Clean Abuse Registry
