Senior Tax Manager - Family Wealth Services

A senior tax manager will consult on complex gifting and estate planning, oversee tax preparation for high-net-worth individuals, family partnerships, and trust returns, and lead business development and technical review.

• Provide tax, gift and estate planning and compliance services for individuals and related trusts.
• Expand professional knowledge and develop client relationships to become a trusted advisor.
• Identify issues and recommend creative solutions to complex client issues.
• Manage client engagements to achieve optimum service expectations.
• Develop and grow a business network and attract new business.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate team members.
• Promote a culture of engagement, inclusion, and accountability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Law;
  Master’s degree in Tax/LLM in Tax preferred.
• 7+ years of recent public accounting firm experience working with individuals, partnerships, trusts and estates, and managing multiple projects.
• CPA certification required.
• Leadership, project and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, networking, client relationship skills.
• Experience with tax software and technology.
