As the Gameday Manager, your primary responsibility is to plan, stage, and execute all aspects of the gameday experience. This role is critical to advancing Chattanooga FC’s mission to build community through the world’s game. You’ll facilitate the success of our football initiatives and events, creating memorable experiences for players and fans alike.

• Coordinate all logistics of gameday operations, including concourse activations, ticketing, gate experience, VIP entries, security, and venue readiness
• Maintain and repair all in‑game and operations equipment, ordering and servicing field boards, tents, and inflatable gear
• Recruit, hire, and lead a team of staff and volunteers, providing guidance and training to deliver exceptional customer service
• Organize pre‑game and halftime entertainment, interactive activities, and promotions
• Collaborate with various departments to create a first‑class atmosphere in the stadium, including developing PA scripts and run‑of‑show timelines
• Prepare for and manage crises, with contingency plans for inclement weather, emergencies, or disruptions
• Develop and manage the budget for gameday operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with league regulations and safety protocols to safeguard fans, staff, and athletes
• Partner with sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders to integrate their offerings into the fan experience in a meaningful manner
• Manage and facilitate partnership activations and in‑game content
• Assist with additional duties that support Chattanooga FC’s purpose, mission, and vision
