Primary ObjectivePerforms a variety of customer service, office‑administration and warehouse duties related to the operation of a Sales Service Center.
Primary Functions and Scope- Perform various customer service duties such as waiting on customers, assisting them in determining order requirements, answering inquiries, providing samples, giving guidance on selections, completing sales transactions, and accepting payments.
- Address and resolve customer complaints (returns and order errors).
- Execute office‑administration duties: process payments and receipts, reconcile DSRs and cash boxes, prepare bank deposits, balance petty cash, produce performance reports, update the customer master file, and create vendor orders.
- Manage product orders by entering customer orders, creating plant/RDC orders, and completing stock‑replenishment orders.
- Prepare sales slips and produce daily sales reports.
- Perform warehouse duties: pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy, conduct inventory stock checks, restock and label vendor products, maintain displays, move and store material, and conduct daily cycle counts.
- Handle receiving duties: receive and unload inbound material, process inbound shipments, stock material, process customer returns, and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
- Operate forklift equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility through sweeping, trash removal, cleaning and general office maintenance.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following safety rules and reporting accidents or unsafe conditions to management.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of customer‑service and warehouse experience.

The role requires standing, using hands and arms, walking, stooping, kneeling and possibly crouching or crawling. Regular lifting up to 15–30 lbs and at times up to 70 lbs is required; longer or heavier items may require a team lift. Close, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus are also necessary.
