I’m partnering with one of the fastest-growing employee-owned general contractors in the Southeast, recognized for delivering complex, high-profile infrastructure and heavy civil projects across the region.
They are seeking a driven Project Engineer to join their team on major infrastructure projects in the South. This is a high-impact role offering strong mentorship, career progression, and the opportunity to grow with an expanding ESOP contractor that promotes from within.
Compensation: Competitive base salary + ESOP + strong benefits
Key Responsibilities- Support Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project execution
- Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and document control
- Track project schedules and assist with short-interval planning
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Assist with cost tracking, forecasting, and quantity takeoffs
- Ensure work is performed in compliance with contract documents and quality standards
- Participate in site walks and support safety and quality initiatives
- Help drive project delivery on schedule and within budget
