Overview
Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a global manufacturing client to find a full-time Quality Engineer for their plant located in the Chattanooga, TN area.
Responsibilities- Support plant quality systems and customer quality requirements
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and production issues
- Develop and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions
- Monitor KPIs, scrap, rework, and warranty data; drive continuous improvement
- Support internal and external audits
- Interface with customers and suppliers on quality issues
- Support APQP, PPAP, and new product launches
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of quality engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC
- Experience with problem-solving tools and data analysis
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
