Manufacturing Project Engineer

Adecco's Permanent Recruitment team has partnered with a new manufacturing client in Greater Chattanooga to recruit and hire a full-time Manufacturing Project Engineer.

• Lead manufacturing projects from concept through implementation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Create and update technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, vendors, and contractors.
• Support equipment installation, testing, validation, and commissioning.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare reports, track KPIs, and communicate project status to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading manufacturing/industrial projects and optimizing processes.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency with CAD software and project management tools.
• Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
