Adecco's Permanent Recruitment team has partnered with a new manufacturing client in Greater Chattanooga to recruit and hire a full-time Manufacturing Project Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead manufacturing projects from concept through implementation.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Create and update technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, vendors, and contractors.
- Support equipment installation, testing, validation, and commissioning.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare reports, track KPIs, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience leading manufacturing/industrial projects and optimizing processes.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency with CAD software and project management tools.
- Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
