Seeking a Commissioning Professional – Critical Infrastructure Projects

Join a top-tier commissioning firm supporting mission-critical facilities, data centers, and high-performance infrastructure projects. In this role, you’ll ensure seamless integration and performance of electrical, mechanical, and controls systems, including power generation, battery storage, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), switch gear and advanced cooling systems like HVAC, air-cooled condensers (ACCs), and cooling towers.

• Lead commissioning of power distribution systems, backup generators, battery energy storage systems (BESS), UPS units, and critical cooling infrastructure for large-scale facilities.
• Perform functional testing, performance validation, and troubleshooting across integrated electrical and mechanical systems.
• Manage commissioning documentation from pre-functional checklists through final turnover packages.
• Collaborate with construction teams, engineering partners, and client stakeholders to coordinate schedules, resolve technical issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain rigorous QA/QC standards, ensuring systems meet operational, safety, and reliability benchmarks.
• Support client operations teams through technical training, systems handover, and long-term performance optimization.

• Proven experience commissioning electrical power systems, UPS, BESS, HVAC, and other critical infrastructure within data centers, energy facilities, or other mission-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of system integration involving controls, electrical distribution, and mechanical equipment.
• Hands-on experience in field commissioning with cross-disciplinary coordination and detailed documentation.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (Green Card) required.
