You’ll lead a variety of transportation projects — from sidewalks and bikeways to large-scale infrastructure — using your expertise in roadway design, drainage, site layout, and utility coordination. You’ll manage delivery teams, build client relationships, and help grow our presence in the Tennessee market.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as Project Manager for highway and bridge design projects, including operational and safety improvements.
• Lead technical teams in developing innovative roadway design solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and ensure high-quality standards across project delivery.
• Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to secure new projects and expand relationships with TDOT and other Tennessee agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license (Tennessee preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• At least 7 years of experience managing transportation infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience with TDOT and local government projects in Tennessee.
• Proficiency in Micro Station, Open Roads Designer, and transportation design software.
• Strong understanding of AASHTO design guidelines.
