Construction

• Develop detailed project schedules using coding and work break down structures.
• Sequence activities, estimate duration, and prepare network models.
• Establish critical path and total project duration.
• Summarize work schedules into Level 1, 2, and 3 project schedules.
• Control schedule by analyzing critical path, planned value, earned value, and schedule variance; recommend corrective actions.
• Update schedules to reflect progress and prepare management reports.
• Participate in change management process, raising schedule deviations and impacts.

• 15+ years experience in complex EPCM projects in metals sector; steel industry preferred.
• Hands‑on experience planning construction schedules in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of critical path networks, bar charts, and earned value analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to receive information from multiple sources.
• Ability to coordinate others to accomplish objectives; coach and mentor junior planners.
• Sound judgment, analytical and interpersonal skills; organized and administrative.
