We’re looking for an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. You’ll have the chance to work on state‑of‑the‑art industrial and commercial facilities, and be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. You’ll also provide on‑site assistance during startup and coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead.
As part of a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team, you’ll help design and optimise control systems for a variety of processes, working closely with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver complete, world‑class solutions for new facilities. Your responsibilities include developing P&IDs, sizing valves, specifying instrumentation, and documenting and modelling design information while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.

- Coordinate work activities with the discipline lead and other project team members.
- Provide on‑site assistance during startup and support for commissioning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 6 years of experience working with Instrumentation and Control.
- Working knowledge of PLC, DCS, and other controls applications.
- Engineer in Training (EIT).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and capable of contributing innovative ideas.
- Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge.
- Strong collaboration skills and effective teamwork across multidisciplinary teams.
- Passion for buildings and construction.
- Experience mentoring junior professionals or leading small teams.
- Experience with data center design.
