- Remote will be considered for candidates with 10+ years in nuclear design
- Lead strategic discussions and align your team to ensure quality and deadlines while keeping clients informed and engaged.
- Engage in problem-solving, manage budgets, refine proposals, and identify new opportunities; motivate your team to turn challenges into wins.
- Provide interdisciplinary coordination for design engineering projects and serve as a technical leader to ensure project solutions and quality goals are met. Manage client interactions and project scope to the satisfaction of the client and company. Maintain working relations with assigned clients and act as the single point of contact for assigned projects.
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects within established schedules and budgets. Understand project schedules, management plans, and manage project staff to meet requirements. Develop detailed project reports and report on financial status and overall project performance.
- Collaborate with technical staff to develop winning, highly technical proposals and support marketing efforts for new opportunities, proposals, and follow-up.
- Design Engineering experience with modification and implementation processes, calculations, specifications, etc., in power facilities
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in the nuclear, power, or industrial industries as an Engineer or Project Manager
- Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear or Chemical Engineering (or related) OR PMP Certification and 10 years applicable experience
- PE license strongly preferred
- Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes
- Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills
- Effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teams
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time; travel duration may vary depending on project and client needs

The listed salary range reflects typical compensation for this role based on location and experience. Individual compensation within the range will be determined by factors such as work location, relevant experience, and education or training.
