Lead Childcare Teacher

Overview

Lead Teacher position at Premier Early Childhood Education Partners (Tree of Knowledge). This licensed childcare center is seeking Lead Teachers to support Toddler age groups.

$12.00/hr - $15.00/hr

To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED and the ability to pass all background checks. A plus if you have previous childcare experience.

Required Availability: Monday - Friday, full-time hours.

• Assist the lead teacher with all aspects of the classroom in a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center.
• Implement activities that support each child’s growth in emotional, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
• Take direction, accept constructive criticism and feedback, and make improvements as necessary for the betterment of the program.
• Create and maintain a clean and safe environment for all children.
• Establish a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.
• Maintain physical ability to work around young children, including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
