We are looking for teachers who possess exceptional skills in the following areas: relationship building; communication in all forms with students, staff, and parents; classroom management; planning and providing relevant and meaningful instruction; student engagement; collaboration with teammates, coaches, and administration; problem solving; and creativity.

• Plan, deliver, and assess effective instruction aligned to Tennessee state standards
• Design engaging lessons with clear objectives and measurable outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid Tennessee teaching license in Elementary Education (K-5) OR current enrollment in an accredited teacher preparation program

• Salary Scale based on education and experience – starting at $50,000.00
• Eligible positions may qualify for additional pay under the Differentiated Compensation Plan
