CHI Memorial Medical Group is seeking an Outpatient Geriatric Physician to join our team in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM

• Call:
  Reasonable — telephone only

• Procedures:
  Cognitive assessment with a blend of primary care

• Population:
  Patient ages 55+

• Resource team includes a LCSW

• Eligible for quarterly bonuses following the guarantee period

• Highly competitive base with 50th percentile initial guarantee and work RVU production incentive

• Competitive base salary plus production and performance incentives

• 31 days paid time off

• $3,000 CME plus 40 hours allowance, $3,000 professional dues and certification reimbursement

• Malpractice and tail insurance

• MD or DO degree

• Board certified/board eligible

• Ability to obtain an active medical license in the state of Tennessee and/or Georgia
