CHI Memorial Medical Group is seeking an Outpatient Geriatric Physician to join our team in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

• Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM
• Reasonable - telephone call only
• The procedures are cognitive assessment with a blend of primary care
• The resource team would consist of a LCSW
• Eligible for quarterly bonuses following the guarantee period

Responsibilities

• Conduct cognitive assessments with a blend of primary care.
• Provide outpatient geriatric care.
• Participate in team-based care with a resource team that includes a LCSW.
• Manage telephone call responsibilities.
