HelpDesk/Support, Client Relationship Manager
1. Act as the primary contact point for Korean clients, maintaining stable and professional communication on a daily basis.
2. Respond to client inquiries regarding products, delivery, and service matters in a timely manner, and ensure accurate documentation of communications and follow-ups.
3. Coordinate with internal teams including Quality, Production, and Logistics to support client requirements and ensure smooth execution of customer-related processes.
4. Provide on-site support when required, assist in investigating customer-reported issues, and follow up on corrective actions until resolution.
5. Collect and summarize customer feedback, track issue progress, and provide regular internal updates to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Qualifications:
1. Majored in Chemistry, Materials Science or related fields with solid professional basic knowledge.
2. 1+ year of sales-related work experience is preferred, outstanding fresh graduates are also considered.
3. Fluent in Korean and English (both verbal and written), able to use both languages as working languages for barrier‑free communication with Korean clients.
4. Possess excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities, with a proactive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
5. Be adaptable to on-site work arrangements, have certain pressure resistance, and can respond quickly to various client demands.
6. Have a strong service awareness and team spirit, with attention to details and excellent execution capability.
