2nd Shift Guest Service Rep

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and personable 2nd Shift Guest Service Representative to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth guest experience during the evening hours.

Location: Chattanooga, TN 37312

Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Deliver outstanding customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Work independently to manage guest requests and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Utilize Quore software to track and manage guest communications and service requests efficiently.
• Demonstrate leadership skills by supporting team members and assisting with shift coordination as needed.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with daily operational tasks to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.

• Previous Fosse experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with Quore or similar guest service management software preferred.
• Availability to work the 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift consistently.
