AboutThe Role
The Customer Account Specialist III is expected to be a subject matter expert for all processes, products, and services involving Division 10 and 90 customers. The Customer Account Specialist III should possess a continuous improvement mindset and seek development opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of the Fleet Operations Team. This position is responsible for providing exemplary support to all internal and external customers and requires the ability to adapt to changes in an evolving, dynamic company.
What You’ll Do- Manage workday for maximum efficiency and collaborate with other tiers to successfully resolve Customer Support Cases or departmental tasks.
- Work closely with Business Development Executives to expedite deal closure and implementation by gathering necessary details/documentation and capturing these activities in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the Fleet Reconditioning Team and Business Development Executives to coordinate the timely assignment of required equipment to closed deals.
- Mentor and develop Tier 1 and 2 team members to increase productivity and meet departmental objectives.
- Build and analyze reports to proactively identify issues and develop strategies with team members to successfully resolve.
- Maintain longstanding relationships with customers and encourage growth or repeat business through focused account management.
- Excellent working knowledge of all TEL products and services available with ability to speak at length about the TEL Advantage.
- Develop complete processes and have the ability to implement and execute with the team.
- Regularly audit Sweet Process training guides to identify procedural gaps and suggest enhancements to current workflows.
- Ensure all relevant customer data is current in Salesforce through regularly scheduled communications.
- Understand current deal structures and be a resource for Division 10 and 90 Sales team members as new deal structures are introduced.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong mathematical and analytical abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality. They thrive in a team environment, are coachable, and consistently seek opportunities to improve processes and expand their skill set.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools such as Excel, Outlook, and Word. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are key to success in this role.
