Part of the family-owned Furrow Automotive Group, INFINITI, Land Rover, and Porsche of Chattanooga are HIRING NOW and looking to add outgoing and friendly BDC Sales and Service Representatives to our team! In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries and scheduling appointments - no sales closing is required!

BDC Sales Representatives will engage with potential customers, answer questions about vehicle pricing and availability, and schedule sales appointments to connect them with our sales team. While BDC Service Representatives will assist customers with vehicle maintenance inquiries, service appointment scheduling, and ensuring they receive timely, efficient care.

Job Description

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms regarding vehicle availability, pricing, and services. Schedule and confirm customer appointments for sales consultations and vehicle service.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms regarding vehicle availability, pricing, and services.
  • Schedule and confirm customer appointments for sales consultations and vehicle service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, and scheduling to ensure a smooth dealership experience.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to provide updates, confirm appointments, and enhance satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and other dealership departments to improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay knowledgeable about dealership products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
  • Provide a professional and welcoming experience for all customers.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support dealership operations.
Requirements
  • Previous automotive BDC, sales, or customer service experience is highly preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in reception, call center, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
  • Comfortability speaking on the phone and handling a high volume of calls on a daily basis.
  • Energetic, personable, and motivated self-starter with a passion for customer satisfaction and success.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Knowledge of CDK, X-Time, and Carmen scheduling platforms is a plus. (Service BDC Reps)
  • Ability to answer customer questions about vehicle services, maintenance, and scheduling. (Service BDC Reps)
  • Familiarity with vehicle pricing, availability, and sales appointment scheduling. (Sales BDC Reps)
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
