• Receive and route incoming telephone calls to appropriate teams or individuals
• Address minor issues and complaints while ensuring clear documentation of customer communication
• Answer inbound customer service calls and redirect calls when appropriate
• Ensure all calls are accurately and quickly routed to the proper area
• Collaborate with various departments to meet callers' needs

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service telephone experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• Previous call center or switchboard experience
• Experience in Member Benefits Administration (MBA)
• Background in Commercial Operations
