Job Overview

Bolt Builders LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent / Foreman to lead on-site construction operations for our commercial projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on field leader who takes ownership of the jobsite, values teamwork, and understands that quality, safety, and communication are the foundation of every successful project.

As Superintendent / Foreman, you'll be responsible for day-to-day field execution-coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, solving problems in real time, and ensuring work is completed safely, correctly, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to maintain schedule, quality, and workflow
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA requirements
• Track daily progress, complete reporting, and communicate updates to the project management team
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure work is executed according to plans
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly and effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
• Communicate clearly with project managers, owners, inspectors, and field personnel
• Lead by example and foster a respectful, team-oriented jobsite culture

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial construction (preferred)
• Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple trades in the field
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• High level of integrity, accountability, and work ethic
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities independently
• No formal degree required; equivalent field experience highly valued

Schedule
