Bolt Builders is looking for a highly organized and motivated Project Manager/Project Engineer to join our Project Management team. In this role, you’ll oversee key aspects of commercial construction projects from planning through closeout—working closely with field teams, subcontractors, and clients. • Manage and coordinate all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion
• Collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project execution
• Review and interpret plans, specifications, and scopes of work
• Build, track and maintain schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Monitor project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely communication
• Conduct jobsite visits to oversee progress, quality, and safety
• Problem-solve issues as they arise and proactively address delays or conflicts
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, local codes, and company standards
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders
• Assist with project closeout and client handoff processes

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management or project engineering preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Construction Management, Engineering, or related field)
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset
• Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office, MS Project and plan review platforms
• Ability to build rapport with both field teams and clients

Full-Time — Monday through Friday

Onsite — Based at Bolt Builders project locations (typically local, with limited travel requirements)
