The Project Manager will play a key role in managing field operations, budgets, schedules, and client relations on multiple self‑performed projects. This individual will report to the Division Manager and will oversee project teams from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.

• $120K-$150K base salary

• 10+ years of experience managing self‑performed Heavy Civil or WWTP construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with both clients and internal teams.
• 4‑year technical degree preferred.

• Manage daily project operations including budget, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate with engineers, owners, and field teams to ensure project success.
• Track costs, materials, and manpower to maintain profitability.
