Mesa Associates, Inc. seeks a sharp and dedicated Project Coordinator Intern to support our Power Delivery Transmission and Distribution Business Unit. The successful candidate will assist project teams with administrative, logistical, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth execution of engineering and construction projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn project coordination practices and tools.
This role requires being in Chattanooga, TN.
- Assisting in the preparation, distribution, and tracking of project documentation,
including quality or technical logs, meeting minutes, action items, and deliverables. - Supporting project scheduling and coordination activities under the guidance of
management staff, Senior Coordinators, or Controllers. - Maintaining project files, records, databases, and systems in accordance with Mesa’s
documentation standards. - Assisting with internal and external business unit communications, including emails, scheduling meetings,
preparing agendas, and presentations. - Supporting the tracking of project milestones, deadlines, and status updates.
- Assisting in the preparation of task proposals, reports, presentations, or purchase requisitions for stakeholders.
- Learning and applying Mesa’s project coordination procedures, tools, and systems.
- Supporting administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.
