As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist II plays an essential role in delivering a positive, professional, and welcoming experience for every guest, vendor, and employee who walks through our doors.

The Receptionist II provides general office support through a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. This position will be responsible for welcoming visitors to M&M in person, answering incoming calls in a positive, clear, and concise manner and directing calls to appropriate employees. The role is also responsible for mail distribution, the flow of correspondence, completing requisition of supplies and additional clerical duties as requested.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate employee.
  • Greets and directs visitors to the company.
  • Takes and retrieves messages for various employees.
  • Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
  • Receives sorts and forwards incoming mail.
  • Maintains and routes publications.
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (Fed Ex, UPS, etc.)
  • Orders, receives, stocks and distributes office supplies.
  • Completes clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
  • Provides general administrative and clerical support.
  • Maintains a clean and organized reception and lobby area.
  • Assists in ordering meals for customer visits and/or the plant for inventory.

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years Reception and clerical experience preferred
  • Bilingual
