Compensation: $45,000 – $52,000 per year.

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Clerk for a full‑time, on‑site role located in Chattanooga, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, verifying transactions, maintaining financial records, preparing payments to vendors, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies and supporting the accounting team in day‑to‑day financial activities.

• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting principles, including familiarity with invoicing and budget management
• Proficiency in the use of Accounting Software and tools to manage records accurately and efficiently
• Experience with Mark systems a plus
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
• Detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in accounts payable or similar financial roles is highly desirable
• Basic knowledge of the home building or real‑estate development industry is a plus
