Up to £41,956 per annum
💸 Plus £5,000 market premia and £2,000 annual retention payment after one year’s service

🌈 About the role As a Social Worker, you’ll:

Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families using the Signs of Safety practice model.
Manage a varied caseload, completing assessments and delivering effective child in need or child protection plans.
Champion children’s voices, ensuring their lived experiences and wishes are central to decision-making.
Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and partner agencies to create safe, lasting change.
Prepare high-quality reports for meetings and court proceedings, always reflecting the needs and strengths of the child.
Reflect, learn, and grow through regular supervision and continuous professional development.💡 About you We’re looking for passionate, motivated practitioners who are:

Qualified and registered with Social Work England.
Skilled at relationship- and strengths-based practice.
Experienced in working with children and families where statutory intervention is required.
