Purpose

The first point of contact for participants and visitors via phone or in person to our sites. The Hub Host will take a lead in site administration, including the presentation of the Hub and ensuring rooms are set up to reflect daily bookings / Hub schedule to support participants as well as colleagues.

Location: You will be based in Chatham, Kent

Responsibilities

Contribute to a welcoming and professional first point of contact for participants and visitors via phone or in person.

Lead site administration, including presentation of the Hub and ensuring rooms are set up to reflect daily bookings and the Hub schedule to support participants and colleagues.

Coordinate with teams to ensure Hub availability aligns with daily bookings and events.
