A primary school in Chatham is looking to appoint a committed and forward-thinking Year 4 Teacher from September on a permanent basis.

You will have full responsibility for a Year 4 class, delivering engaging lessons that challenge and support pupils of all abilities. The school is seeking a teacher who:

• Design and deliver well-structured lessons across the KS2 curriculum
• Use assessment data to inform planning and drive pupil progress
• Provide clear feedback to support continued development
• Promote strong behaviour expectations and a respectful classroom culture
• Work collaboratively within a supportive staff team

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Possess a recognised Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher qualification
• Hold GCSEs in English, Maths and Science (Grade 4/C or above) or recognised equivalents
• Demonstrate secure subject knowledge within KS2
• Be organised, reflective and committed to raising standards
