We are seeking an Electrician to support our Chatham Production location
.

• No visa sponsorship
• No relocation assistance

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems (24V DC–600V AC) in compliance with safety standards
• Support automated process and control systems, including:
  • PLCs, I/O racks, motor control panels, VFDs, motors, pumps, and instrumentation
  • Industrial control panels and field devices
• Perform IR panel, TX inspections, and lighting maintenance
• Maintain IT and site infrastructure, including:
  • Network cabling, switches, security systems, fire safety, and backup power
• Work with mechanical teams on installation and repair of process equipment, including:
  • Grain handling, packaging, chemical application, optical sorting, and crop drying systems, drive to and from fields.
• Maintain documentation using electronic logbooks, CMMS, schematics, and drawings
• Support site electrical safety programs and compliance initiatives

• Shift work (days, afternoons, midnights)
• Seasonal overtime, weekends, and on-call coverage
• Work at heights, confined spaces, and operate industrial lift equipment
• May be required to work at both Chatham and Ridgetown

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of education and/or experience in electrical maintenance or a related trade
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office applications
• Valid Canadian driver’s license
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and safety-first mindset
• Ability to work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions and lift up to 50 lbs

• Associate degree or trade certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or technical field
• Experience with PLCs and industrial automation
• Prior industrial maintenance experience (electrical, mechanical, controls, HVAC, hydraulics)

The salary range for this position is $31.00 to $39.00.

This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base salary for this role. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus. Based on factors such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.
