Who You Are
  • 1+ year of sales or outbound experience, with a metrics-driven mindset and comfort making high-volume outreach
  • Thrive in a metrics-driven environment and enjoy building relationships.
  • Resilient and proactive, able to handle rejection, drive conversations forward, and take initiative without needing all the answers
  • Are coachable, accountable, and self-driven, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Excel at building trust and delivering results for clients and colleagues.
  • You live within an hour of Minneapolis and can work a hybrid schedule
