About the Role

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team at our Chaska, MN bakery. As a Production Operator, you will be accountable for operating automated production and packaging equipment, ensuring products meet quality specifications, and supporting smooth, safe, and efficient manufacturing processes.

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $21.32

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Operate and adjust production machinery to ensure accurate, consistent food quality specifications
• Monitor equipment settings and maintain adequate supply levels to support uninterrupted production
• Ensure documentation, logs, and reports are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in full compliance with GMPs and safety rules
• Identify and communicate quality, safety, maintenance, or hygiene concerns to appropriate personnel
• Follow production schedules, recipes, and standard operating procedures
• Support cross functional teamwork and perform other operational duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Basic equipment operation knowledge and ability to troubleshoot minor issues
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to read, write, and complete accurate documentation in English

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Prior experience in food manufacturing
• Familiarity with automated production equipment
• Strong understanding of food safety practices and GMPs
