We are seeking skilled CNC Turning Machinists to support growing production across all shifts. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathes to produce high-precision components that meet strict industry and customer requirements.

• Set up and operate CNC turning machines (2-axis and/or multi-axis)
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T
• Load programs, set tooling, and adjust offsets as required
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
• Ensure parts meet aerospace, medical, and semiconductor quality standards
• Maintain clean and organized workstations
• Follow all safety, quality, and documentation procedures
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams

• 2+ years of CNC turning experience preferred (will consider strong entry-level candidates)
• Experience machining tight-tolerance, high-precision parts
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
• Familiarity with common inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gages, etc.)
• Experience with aerospace or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• CNC Lathes (Mazak, Okuma, Haas, Mori Seiki, or similar)
• Materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, and plastics
