Overview
Chaska, MN | $24–$27 per hour | Full-Time, 7:00am–3:30pm, Mon–Fri, OT as needed

What You’ll Do- Cut, shape, drill, bend, and finish plastic materials (acrylic and similar plastics)
- Assemble and bond components into finished retail display units using plastic cementing and gluing techniques
- Read and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, fit, and finish meet design standards
- Operate shop equipment including table saws, edgers, jointers, router tables, and heat benders
- Handle, identify, kit, and package plastic materials and finished products
- Guide and support other assemblers to ensure production requirements are met
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Experience using hand and power tools in a fabrication or manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with machines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot fabrication issues
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as required
- Manufacturing/shop setting with exposure to noise, dust, and chemicals
- Required use of safety gear such as safety glasses and hearing protection
- Repetitive, hands-on production work
- Steady full-time schedule in a clean, organized facility

Hours:
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday (Overtime as needed) - Benefits start the first of the month after 30 days of employment
