- Perform in-process and final inspections of products and components using various measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
- Identify and report defects, non-conformities and deviations; escalate critical issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in quality inspection or a related manufacturing / production role. Familiarity with quality control standards (e.g., ISO 9001).

Skills:
Proficiency with measurement tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Communication: Clear verbal and written communication for reporting defects and collaborating with team members.
- Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills to detect defects, maintain accurate records, and standardize reports and write-ups.
