Our team provides daily support to maintain building systems and structures, service the grounds, provide custodial services, oversee construction and renovation projects, maintain compliance with building and fire codes, safety and environmental regulations, and oversee security and fire alarm systems in all buildings.

Salary: $23.25/hr + $0.40/hr shift differential

Responsible to:
Director of Buildings & Grounds

Under general supervision, perform cleaning tasks and operation of various types of cleaning equipment to care for and maintain assigned buildings and related facilities.

Perform routine custodial cleaning tasks, maintain building custodial equipment, support school cleanliness and safety, and assist with custodial support for school programs.

• Lift 70 lbs waist height occasionally
• Lift 50 lbs to chest high regularly
• Extended walking
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals
• Must be in good general health
• Previous experience in cleaning and building maintenance
