The Senior Program Manager Clinical Chemistry & Immunoassay will manage all aspects of assay development core teams, consistently delivering programs on time and within budget while maintaining quality as a first priority. This position reports to the Senior Director of Program Management, Clinical Chemistry & Immunoassay, and is part of the CCIA Program Management Team located in Chaska, Minnesota, and will be an on-site role.

• Drive high-impact, business-critical programs utilizing Danaher Business System (DBS) tools and methodologies to ensure operational excellence in efficiency, quality, budget, schedule and resource optimization to achieve Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives.
• Lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams through shared purpose and project goals, leveraging leadership, communication, influence, cross-cultural awareness, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to consistently meet objectives.
• Foster robust cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders across Manufacturing, Engineering, Research & Development, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, and other functional groups to ensure seamless program execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related field with preference for 14+ years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with preference for 12+ years’ experience.
• Strong motivational leadership and executive communication skills with the ability to influence others without direct authority.
• Prefer 5+ years in program or project management.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.

It would be a plus if you also possess

• MBA and/or advanced degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar
• Experience with Clinical Chemistry & Immunoassay diagnostic products, including systems (software & hardware) and reagents
• Experience with Danaher Business System (DBS)

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off and health care programs. The annual salary range for this role is $160,000-$175,000. This role is eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We also offer a comprehensive package of benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k) plan.
