CHASKA is about 7-9 min from Shakopee, Chanhassen and Eden Prairie, and 15-20 min from Bloomington, Edina, Jordan, Minnetonka, Burnsville, Savage, Carver, NYA, Excelsior, Victoria, Richfield, and 20-30 min from Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Ctr, New Hope, Plymouth, or Richfield.

SHIFTS: FULL-TIME IS 32-40 HOURS/WK

• FULL-TIME 7A-3P
• FULL-TIME 3P-11P
• FULL TIME 12-13 HR SHIFT 8A-8P.
• EVERY OTHER WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY REQUIREMENT

Work Environment:

• 1:4 ratio with patients who have physical disabilities and not having severe mental health disorders.
• Our patients are not physically aggressive.
• Our patient are either total assist, semi assist standby assist, or supervision.
• Patients are males and females with catheter, colostomy, tube feeding, meds, hoyer lift, ez stand, etc... .
• Cooking
• Light-house duty cleaning
• Laundering patient's garments
• Driving our van with patients to their activities or outings i.e. fishing trips, shopping, games, restaurant, doctor appt, gym, etc...
• Escorting patients to their appointments or events
• Patient interaction e.g. playing board games, yarn works, painting, reading newspaper, walking, reminiscence etc...
